Heat Exchanger Plates
1.The plates are all stamped and formed in one go using extremely precise molds. Only the plates formed in one go have the same accuracy, so there is uniform metal point contact between the plates, ensuring that the plate heat exchanger can operate under high pressure. It operates normally and can withstand the pressure impact of the system.
2. Advanced plate design relies on the application of CAD/CAM technology, combined with advanced pressing processes, so that all plates have extremely high precision, so thinner plates are used to improve heat transfer efficiency.
3.In order to facilitate the configuration of pipes, the inlet and outlet pipes of modern plate heat exchangers are single-sided. To make full use of the entire heat exchange area, the fluid must be evenly distributed throughout the plate. For a wide plate, it must also be able to ensure even distribution. Another notable feature is the lower pressure drop, which allows more pressure drop to be used for heat transfer, thereby obtaining a higher heat transfer coefficient.
